Every delivery closes with photo and signature proof, or collect free from the Weija Accra office during opening hours.
Airlines restrict these items, so we declare them as dangerous goods and route them safely — usually by sea. Tell us before ordering and we ship them right.
Lithium batteries installed in a device (phones, laptops) fly fine; loose or bulk batteries, perfumes, aerosols and nail polish are declared and go by sea. Declared value is recorded for customs and claims — it is never added to your bill.

Delivery
Yes — across Accra, Tema, Kumasi and most regional capitals, priced by zone. You can also collect from our Accra office.
Storage is free for the first days, then a daily fee applies. After the notice period uncollected packages may be sold to recover charges — we send reminders well before that.

Payments
Mobile money (MTN, Telecel, AirtelTigo), cards and bank transfer — online from your bills page or at our office. Packages are released once the bill is settled.
